2002 Benefit



On Wednesday, November 27, 2002,
the second annual Kenny and Brian Williams Fund Benefit was held at The Marquise.

  • Lieutenant Governor Stephen Henry donated an autographed picture of Lt Governor's Mansion located in Frankfort, Kentucky

  • household appliances and much more

 
The Live Auction started at 10:30pm with 6 items

  • 1 week condominium stay - Siesta Key, FL
  • 1 week condominium stay - Kiawah Island, SC 
  • 7 nights stay - Marriott Resort Grand Cayman 
  • 7 nights stay - Pueblo Bonito Resort in
    Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
  • Trip to Los Angeles, California for two included tickets to attend the Los Angeles Dodgers or Lakers, Disneyland, The Tonight Show, and the Best Damn Sports Show Period. 

     

Much to the surprise of all, a 2nd condo in beautiful Cabo San Lucas was donated by an anonymous friend of the Williams family to be auctioned. 

New this year was the “Manhattan Bar” sponsored by Maker's Mark.  All manhattans were served in authentic wax dipped Maker's Mark glasses. 

The 2002 Benefit was a huge success.  Sixty six families and businesses made donations to the Fund.
