2003 Scholarship Winners

Congratulations Matt! 2003 College Scholarship  Matt Middendorf He is the son of David and Karen Middendorf.  Matt graduated from St. Pius X grade school.  At Covington Catholic he was an outstanding student, receiving 1st honors all four years.  Ranked  8th in a class of 118, he was a National Honor Society Member.  Matt was CCH's representative for the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, DC and Social Studies Olympiad finalist in 2001 and 2002.  He also excelled in basketball where he was captain of the team.  He was Academic All State in basketball his junior and senior year. Matt was also active in the Student Senate, Spanish Club, Biology Club, Spirit Club and Community Service Program while at CCH.  He has also volunteered his time for several community projects.  He is an exceptional young man who will further his education at the University of Dayton.

Congratulations Corey!   2003 High School Scholarship  Corey Esmeier Corey is a 2003 graduate of Blessed Sacrament Grade School.  He is the son of Kevin and Krista Esmeier.  Corey is an outstanding student at Blessed Sacrament who was highly recommended by the faculty.  He's a member of several academic teams that participated in various competitions and played on many athletic teams.  He also volunteered his time for church and community activities.  Corey is looking forward to being a “Colonel” in the 2003-2004 school year.  A Thank You from Corey  An Update from Corey
